During this tour, you will discover the all Champagne production process, from the vine to the flute.
Firstly, we will take you to have a look at our facilities : our modern press, tank room and ageing cellars under our XVIth century Family Manor. Then, we will be able to have a walk in our vineyard to learn a bit more about our cultivation methods. You will also hear about the history of the place aver the centuries and how it was bought by the Family in 1927. After the tour, we will have a tasting of 3 Champagnes in our Terrasse des Abbayes overlooking the vineyard of Marne Valley.

Le domaine est superbe, avec le château + la dégustation sur une terrasse avec vue magnifique sur les vignes. Accueil chaleureux, explications intéressantes sur l'histoire familiale comme sur la fabrication des vins de Champagne.
